Terms & Conditions – New Year’s Eve Tickets at Rawai Park 2026
1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased for the New Year’s Eve event are non-refundable under any
circumstances, including no-shows, changes of plans, or weather-related issues.
2. Name Change Policy
Name changes on the reservation are allowed free of charge, but must be requested
no later than 48 hours before the event. To request a name change, contact our Guest Experience team directly via the official communication channel used during booking.
3. Payment & Booking Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, full payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
4. Corkage Fee Policy
A corkage fee will apply to all external beverages brought into the event venue.
This includes, but is not limited to, wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, and sparkling water. The corkage fee must be settled before entry or at the time of inspection at the venue entrance. Bag inspection may be required to verify external beverages.
5. Ticket Requirement for Entry & Lucky Draw
Each paid guest must present a valid ticket (physical or digital copy) upon entry. Children under 1 year old may enter for free and do not require a ticket. Only guests with valid tickets are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
6. Seating Policy
Seats are sold individually, not by table. Upd: 26 Nov 2025
Shared seating may apply. If fewer than the full number of seats are booked at a table, additional guests may be assigned to the same table. Guests can select their seats from the available seating chart at the time of booking. Seat changes on the event day cannot be guaranteed due to operational constraints and availability.
7. Ticket Categories & Pricing
Gold Seats (closer to the stage):
■ Adult (12+): 4,500 THB
■ Child (5–11): 1,500 THB
■ Child (<4): 900 THB
Silver Seats (farther from the stage):
■ Adult (12+): 3,500 THB
■ Child (5–11): 1,000 THB
■ Child (<4): 700 THB
8. Event Changes
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the entertainment program, seating layout, or other event elements as necessary, including adjustments made for operational or safety reasons. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
