1. Child Policy
• Children occupying a separate seat are charged the same fare as adults.
• Infants and small children who will be seated on an adult’s lap travel free of charge.
2. Booking & Advance Notice
• For hotels located in Kata, bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
• Late bookings are only possible upon additional confirmation from the Rawai office, and only if the shuttle to Kata has been confirmed and there are available seats.
3. No-Show Policy
• No charge for no-shows if the booking has not been paid in advance and the passenger does not arrive at the designated time.
• Each hotel must record no-shows in the booking system for reporting purposes.
4. No Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued if a passenger books a round trip but only uses one leg of the journey (e.g., takes the outbound trip but misses or cancels the return).
5. Schedule & Departure
• Passengers must arrive at the pick-up point at least 5–10 minutes before departure.
• The shuttle departs strictly on schedule and will not wait for late passengers.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust the timetable or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or mechanical issues.
6. Seating & Capacity
• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or according to the booking list.
• The operator may change the type of vehicle used depending on passenger numbers.
7. Safety Regulations
• All passengers must remain seated while the shuttle is in motion and use seat belts where provided.
• Standing during the journey is prohibited.
• The carriage of alcohol, dangerous substances, or oversized luggage that obstructs passage is not permitted.
8. Personal Belongings
• The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.
9. Pets Policy
• Pets are only permitted if approved in advance and must be transported in an appropriate carrier. Additional charges may apply.
10. Multiple Destinations & Return Trips
• Routes and stop order may vary depending on operational requirements.
11. Payment Terms
• Payment can be made in cash, by card, or via approved online payment methods.
• Full payment must be made before the scheduled departure time.
12. Right to Refuse Service
• The operator reserves the right to refuse transportation to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or to those who display inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
